About this project

A new construction project of a hotel with restaurant and 26 studios, of which 24 are with private outdoor area, on the site of an old building.
Located on protected dune area where it is not allowed to scratch.
With respect for the existing has been searched for a matching architecture.
Parking is possible in the plinth with automated system.

Nieuwbouw project van een hotel met restaurant en 26 studios, waarvan 24 met privé buitenruimte, komt op de plaats van een sterk verouderd gebouw.
De kavel is gesitueerd in beschermd duingebied waar het niet is toegestaan grond af te voeren.
Met respect voor het bestaande is gezocht naar een bijpassende architectuur.
Parkeren kan in de plint met een geautomatiseerd systeem.
